Connie Jean Frost

Aberdeen, SD-Memorial Service for Connie Jean Frost, 78, of Aberdeen will be 3:00 pm, Monday, November 15, 2021, at Carlsen Funeral Home and Crematory. Pastor Kody Bullock will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery.

Connie died November 11, 2021 at Prairie Heights Healthcare.       

Connie Jean Einspahr was born November 13, 1942 to Kenneth and Esther (Condron) Einspahr in Broken Bow, NE. Connie was the youngest of five girls. Connie attended Redfield Public School, graduating with the class of 1960. She then worked as a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell Telephone Company.

Connie was united in marriage to Larry Eugene Frost on October 7, 1960 at the Congregational Church in Redfield, SD. They were blessed with three children, Brian, Julie and Lonnie.

Connie enjoyed many things in her life. She was the President of the Jaycees in Webster, SD, she worked for the South Dakota Wheat Growers in Mellete, SD, Brentford, SD and Redfield. She also was employed at the Spink County Lumberyard. She delivered Meals on Wheels in Aberdeen. In her spare time, she loved to play Bridge with her friends, antique shopping (collecting dishes) and baking carmel rolls, and pies which she was especially known for.

Grateful for having shared her life is her husband, Larry along with their children and their spouses Brian (Dianne Cummings) Frost, Julie (Jay) Dring and Lonnie (Penny) Frost; two grandchildren, Kelli (Chad) Fleek and Rustin Dring; two great-grandchildren, Kennedi and Khloie Fleek; and one sister, Joan Booze.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Alberta Moeller, Della Fertig and Leona Mason.

Carlsen Funeral Home and Crematory of Aberdeen has been entrusted with arrangements.
