Curtis Temple, 87, of Wilmot, SD, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, at St. William's Care Center in Milbank, SD.
Curt’s wishes were to be cremated and no formal services to be held.
Carlsen Funeral Home & Crematory, 1708 8th Ave NE, Aberdeen, is in charge of arrangements.
Curtis “Curt” Alfred Temple was born in Graceville, MN, on September 5, 1937, to Alfred and Evelyn (Erickson) Temple. He graduated from Wilmot High School in 1955, and except for the years he served in the U.S. Army, he was a farmer and stockman in the Wilmot area.
He was united in marriage with Joyce (Fenhaus) Cameron on March 7, 1986 in Wilmot, SD.
Grateful for having shared Curt’s life are his wife, Joyce; stepsons, Shawn (Christine) Cameron, and their children, Esta, and Aiden; and Aaron (Cristiana) Cameron and their children, Larissa and Juliana; nephews and niece: Paul (Lynn) Larsen, Mark (Shannon) Larsen, Steve (Jennifer) Larsen, Dan (Donna) Larsen, and Mary Jo (Randy) Prinsen and their families.
Curt was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ross Temple; his sister, Joanne; and brother-in-law Larry Larsen.
