Ervin R. Mueller, 95, of Aberdeen, SD, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Bethesda Home of Aberdeen.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Carlsen Funeral Home. There will be visitation from 4-6 p.m. and a service at 6:00 p.m.

Ervin Richard Mueller was born on May 4, 1929, on the homestead farm. He was the youngest child, preceded by five brothers and three sisters, of Heinrich and Martha (Bollinger) Mueller. He attended school through the eighth grade and began farming with his father.
On July 16, 1949, Ervin was united in marriage to Priscilla Biel. Ervin and Priscilla continued to farm together until they retired in 1984, raising three children along the way.
Ervin then spent ten years working for Wanzek Construction and began his own side job doing home remodeling work. Priscilla passed away in 2018, and Ervin spent his remaining years living in assisted living in Miller, SD, and then at Bethesda Home of Aberdeen, SD.
Ervin is survived by his children, Penny Fuhr, Richard (Marie) Mueller, and Tamara (Celeste Clarke) Mueller; grandchildren: Ryan (Nikki) Fuhr, Matthew (Becky) Fuhr, Christine (Kristopher) Mack, Bridgette (John) Kuchera, and Travis (Laura) Mueller; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Delila Biel; and several nieces and nephews.
Ervin was preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla; parents, Heinrich and Martha; Priscilla’s parents, Theodore C. and Martha Biel; sisters, Marie Schreter, Emma Raba, and Anne Whitlock; brothers, Henry, Otto, Anton, Carl, and Harold Mueller; and son-in-law, Neil Fuhr.
