Ellendale, ND-Private Memorial service for Jamie John Lynn Bernstien, 50, of Ellendale, formerly of Twin Valley, MN will be held in Ulen, MN.

Jamie died November 26, 2021, at Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center.

Jamie John Lynn Bernstien was born to Larry Krohn and Eileen Bernstien on February 3, 1971, in Fergus Falls, MN. Jamie was raised by Clifton and Donna Wasfaret of Twin Valley, MN and lovingly called them, Mom and Dad.

Over the years he was employed as an auto mechanic. Jamie was currently employed with Myron Meyers in Ellendale at Tractor Salvage. He loved his job. He would help anyone and everyone he knew or did not know. Jamie was a generous and forgiving person. He will be missed in Ellendale.

Grateful for having shared Jamie’s life is his partner of 14 years, Sheila Irvine of Ellendale; son, Jordan Irvine of Hatfield, MN; mother, Donna Wasfaret; brother, Kim Burley and sister, Tonia Wachter.

Jamie was preceded in death by his father, Larry Krohn and foster father, Clifton Wasfaret.
